At Petoverse, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, you may request a return within 5 to 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please note that certain products—such as pet food, treats, grooming items, or personalized products—cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. To initiate a return, contact us at petoverse230@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and our team will provide you with the necessary instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective or incorrect item. If you wish to exchange a product, please reach out within the 5–7 day return period, as exchanges depend on product availability.
